300 Heroic Mothers portraits on display in Hanoi


An exhibition of 300 portraits of Heroic Vietnamese Mothers by Dang Ai Viet opened at the Vietnam Women’s Museum in Hanoi on July 24. Dang Ai Viet (left) and a Heroic Mother. The paintings on display are part of her 864 portraits, which she painted during her journey through all 63 provinces in the country from February 2010 to June 2012.
