Exhibition on ASEAN community launched in Thai Nguyen

The Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) on May 14 in Thai Nguyen city held an exhibition on reportage of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) community as part of its activities responding to 2015 ASEAN Community Year .

The two-day exhibition is displaying about 200 photos and 50 documentary films featuring the beauty of the landscapes and people of ASEAN countries, as well as the environmental protection and climate change prevention efforts taking place in the region.

The exhibition aims to give an overview of the people, culture and living environment of the Southeast Asian region, thus building a united ASEAN that strives for peace, co-operation and sustainable development.-VNA
